Our scope of work involved installing BS 5839 part 1compliant fire alarm system, lighting control system for public accessible area & offices, home automation for residential units & an intelligent BMS comprising HVAC control & programmed thermostats covering all landlord/public areas. Our work also included installing an integrated security management system consisting of access control for car parks & lobbies, CCTV surveillance system to for all entrances & intercom.
